"Sedona Sunrise" - A Day Not Wasted Challenge

The reference for this painting was graciously provided by Lee Brown of "A Day Not Wasted" for the April Painting Challenge.  I started on this painting last week with the challenge ending today, and then to add to my "own" challenge I used a (much) larger canvas than I normally paint on...I can't say this is finished because there are a lot of areas that need to be addressed but I did want to get it submitted on time for the April Challenge.... I will post the finished piece after I put the last touches on it. :O)

Hi Teresa, don't change a thing, it's perfect!

I've seen your work through DSFDF but shame on me for never visiting your blog before. Your landscapes are amazing - there is always something in each one that sets it apart from the ordinary.

I'm definitely a new fan!
