"Inner Child"

This is the finished piece -  it's far from perfect but I'm leaving it alone and will probably use her as a subject again :O)

Dear Teresa, most people don't realize the stress one is subjected to when caring for ailing parents. Please remember to take care of yourself as well.

Even as I wrote that, I realize you are in a way with your art. I can see your Inner Child evolving from one that is scared and fearful to one that glows with acceptance and resolve. Unfortunately no one can walk this path set before you. Just know people are thinking good thoughts for you and cheering you on while you are taking on this challenge. (((((hugs))))

Sorry to read about your mother and step father's health. It's tough being a caretaker.
I'm really glad you turned to your inner child to help you through this and persevered to create this beautiful child, Teresa...she is really well done!
Teresa, it is good that with everything that is going on in your life that you are able to take a moment to create something so beautiful and precious. I have always found my art to be healing and therapeutic during the tough times in life.
My prayers are with you.
As a long-time admirer of your work, and a follower of your beautiful artwork on your blog, I have nominated you for the Sunshine award for creativity and positivity in blogging. Please come by and pick up your award on my blog at your convenience!

Hi Teresa,
This one is really a stunning piece of work...nothing to critique here....just stunning. I didn't realise it was such a small painting. Hands down the best work you've done to date in my opinion.

Keep up the fantastic work you're doing Teresa.
