"Cupcake On Lace"

This is my submission to Karin Jurick's challenge on her Different Strokes From Different Folks blog. I've never attempted to paint fabric, let alone lace, so this was a real challenge in addition to the cupcake.  I had a lot of fun painting this!

I adore this version, Teresa! It's so beautiful with the the addition of the lace. I feel like I'm sitting at the table and about to have tea and good conversation. Fantastic painting.
